As an independent curator he has developed collaborative projects with artists  from Belfast, London, New York and California.

The recurring theme of Sam Fleming's work is a fascination with  the immeasurably fine line which exists between  hope and despair,  condemnation  and redemption and ultimately, life and death.

His most recent work involves the combination of photographic images, paint and industrial abrasive materials on large multiple panels.
